This once lively neighbourhood has slowed, but we have a bright vision for its future. So in 2013 we began buying. Our portfolio now features 8 office towers, including those on the 4 corners at the heart of Yonge + St. Clair.

Our sustainability programs at Yonge + St. Clair have diverted tonnes of waste from landfills, prevented the production of tonnes of greenhouse gasses, and saved thousands of trees. And we’re just getting started. Year to date, this is what we’ve achieved.

In 2015 83% of waste was diverted from landfill.
As a result, the following resources were saved, avoided, or did not require production:

  • Landfill Space Saved - 1,869 m³
  • Trees Saved - 10,146
  • Water Saved - 14,147,552 L
  • Greenhouse Gasses Prevented - 533 tonnes
  • Oil Not Required - 767,818 L
  • Energy Saved - 2,189,193 kWh
