Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Yonge + St. Clair BIA will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 23, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The meeting will take place virtually.

The AGM is for BIA members: owners of commercial and industrial property within the Yonge + St. Clair BIA boundary and their business tenants. If you own or operate a business in the district, this meeting is for you.

Why attend

At the AGM, members will:

+ Review the BIA’s 2026 year and the new 2026-2031 Strategic Plan

+ Vote on the proposed program and budget for 2027

+ Elect the Board of Management for the 2027-2030 term

As a levy-paying member, your participation helps shape the priorities and direction of the BIA.

Advance registration is required. To register, email [email protected] by Wednesday, November 18, 2026 with:

+ Your business address

Once registration is confirmed, the BIA will send the meeting link and log-in details directly to registrants. The link will not be posted publicly.
