The Yonge + St. Clair BIA represents midtown Toronto’s thriving and storied business community. It’s our job to promote, grow and give voice to our inspiring membership.

Who We Are

The Yonge + St. Clair Business Improvement Area (BIA) represents 450+ businesses and 90+ property owners in the Yonge + St. Clair community in midtown Toronto, Ontario. Formed in 2018, the BIA strengthens the economic health and livability of the neighbourhood through strategic investments in the public realm, exciting cultural programming, brand awareness and advocacy on behalf of members.

Our Vision

The Yonge + St. Clair BIA aims to be a local economic growth accelerator that attracts new businesses, grows existing businesses, creates an enjoyable public realm experience and generates visitor demand. We accomplish this through a dedicated Board of Management that represents the diversity of local businesses and property owners, knowledgeable and motivated staff that deliver member services, advocacy on behalf of the local businesses and property owners, and the execution of programming and investments that serve the local need.
